Building Tour – Chehalem Parks & Recreation Aquatic Center, Newberg, OR

$25The Association of Energy Engineers Columbia River Chapter (AEE CRC), Energy Trust of Oregon, and Anderson Poolworks are pleased to announce an upcoming building tour of the newly-constructed Chehalem Parks & Recreation Aquatic Center in Newberg, OR.
The new aquatic center houses a hot tub, lazy river, vortex, kiddie area, deep water tank, and lap lanes; and a separate area which contains an aquatic athletic venue complete with bleachers, and an 8 lane 25 yard competition stretch pool with a movable bulkhead. The facility includes innovation throughout the mechanical design, including high efficiency pumps, dehumidification units, boilers, and heat recovery.

300-4:00 Tour of facility, including pump spaces and mechanical rooms – Jim McMaster, Chehalem Parks & Rec and Gary Gripp, Anderson Poolworks
In addition, there will be an optional happy hour after the tour from 4-6 pm at Chehalem Wine Bar, 106 S Center St in Newberg to continue the conversation and networking (AND avoid the rush-hour traffic back into Portland). There will be some tasty appetizers and one drink included. Come join us!
